Credit Note T&C
Dresses purchased from Celebrity are non refundable or transferrable, which is made clear at point of sale.
However, due to exceptional circumstances regarding Covid-19, we are offering customers whose dresses remain instore with us pending payment the opportunity to take a credit note subject to the following terms:
- Credit notes must be issued in person, to the original purchaser of the item. You must produce the original purchase receipt in-store BY 31 JULY 2020 to claim a credit. Credit notes will not be issued beyond this date and the option will be withdrawn.
- Credit can only be offered on those dresses which remain in-store. If the dress has been removed from store, or is being held with the seamstress, even if no alteration has taken place, we are unable to raise a credit
- All Credit notes will be valid until 30/6/2021
- Credit notes can be transferred to a third party, or sold.
- The original credit note, with company stamp, MUST be produced in-store at point of sale to redeem - copies or images will not be accepted.
- Please keep the credit note safe as we are unable to re-issue lost ones.
- Full value to be used in one single till transaction, by one customer only, against any item in-store excluding bridal department items. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. We are unable to split credit across customers or transactions.
- Credit note has no monetary value, and no change can be given.
- Should the purchase be for less than the credit amount, no change will be given.
